We may collect and process the following categories of personal information:

• Contact & enquiry details — name, email address, telephone number, company name and the contents of messages you send via our contact form or email.
• Project information — information you share so we can quote on or deliver a project (requirements, brand assets, content, credentials and access you provide to systems we work on).
• Billing information — details needed to invoice and receive payment. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• Technical & usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and similar analytics collected automatically when you use the site.

We do not intentionally collect special personal information (as defined in POPIA) unless it is necessary and you have consented, or it is otherwise permitted by law.

• Directly from you when you contact us, request a quote or engage our services.
• Automatically through cookies and privacy-respecting analytics tools when you browse the website.
• From third parties you authorise (for example, where you grant us access to your hosting, domain or social accounts to deliver a project).

We process personal information only where we have a lawful basis under POPIA, namely:

• Consent — where you have agreed (e.g. submitting an enquiry or opting in to communications).
• Contract — to prepare a quote, conclude an agreement and deliver the services you request.
• Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve our website and services, provided this does not override your rights.

We process information for the specific purposes set out above and will not further process it in a way incompatible with those purposes without your consent or as permitted by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers ("operators" under POPIA) who process it on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, including:

• Website hosting and content delivery providers.
• Email delivery and transactional email providers.
• Analytics and performance-monitoring tools.
• Payment processors for invoicing and payments.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a competent regulator.

Some of our service providers are located outside South Africa, which means your information may be transferred across borders. In accordance with section 72 of POPIA, we only transfer personal information to recipients that are subject to laws, binding corporate rules or agreements providing an adequate level of protection comparable to POPIA.

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, tax, accounting or contractual requirements. When it is no longer required, we securely delete, destroy or de-identify it.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. In the event of a security compromise affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by POPIA.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not function correctly if you do.

Subject to POPIA, you have the right to:

• Be notified that we collect and process your personal information.
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction, updating or deletion of inaccurate or outdated information.
• Object, on reasonable grounds, to the processing of your information.
• Withdraw consent previously given (without affecting prior lawful processing).
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect the personal information of children under 18 without the consent of a parent or competent person. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
